Agent noun:
فاعل = doer or the person who does something (M.) = fa3el
فاعلة = doer (F.) = fa3ela
فاعلون = doers (Pl.) = fa3eloon
فاعلين = doers (Pl.) = fa3eleen

Verbal noun: 
فعل = doing = fe3l
Note: The word فعل has another meaning which is "A verb".

Examples:
انت الفاعل 
You're the one who did that.

انت تفعل الصواب 
You do the right thing

هو يفعل الكثير من الاشياء في وقت قصير
He does a lot of things in a short time.
